We are specifically looking for motivated, hardworking, and dedicated Mental Health Practitioners to provide valuable support to our clients.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients and others aides in day-to-day programmingInstructing, assisting, and modeling mental health symptom managementFacilitate educational sessions with clients to help them understand their mental health diagnosesMaintain a clean, safe, healing environment for all staff and clientsRestock equipment and supplies, as neededMaintain excellent records of client interactions, and report anything concerning immediatelyEducation/Licensure/Certification/Experience RequirementsMust Meet One of the Following Qualification Criteria:High school diploma and:4,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to people with Mental Illness (MI), Developmental Disability (DD), Intellectual Disability (ID), or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)ORHave completed 30 semester credits or 45 quarter credits in behavioral science or a related field and:Proof of a practicum or internship that requires direct interaction with adults or children served and is focused on behavioral sciences or related fieldsORHas 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to people with MI, DD, ID, or TBIORBachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or related field and:Proof of a practicum or internship requiring direct interaction with adults and focusing on MI, DD, ID, or TBIAbility to pass a MN Department of Human Services background check#J-18808-Ljbffr
